Tifa's Limits
Level 1 - Beat Rush, Somersault

How to get Final Heaven - Play this tune on the piano at Tifa's house:

Aeris's Limits

Level 2 - Breath of the Earth, Fury Brand
Level 3 - Planet Protector, Pulse of Life
Level 4 - Great Gospel
How to get Great Gospel - Ride the buggy to Costa del Sol, and take the ship to Junon. The buggy will be at Junon, so drive to the sleeping man (in a little cave on the side of the mountain range). Get him to tell you how many battles you've done, and if its a number with the last 2 digits the same (example: 177), he will give you Mythril. If it's not, fight battles until it is! Give it to the man in a house on a peninsula near the Gold Saucer and he'll let you pick between 2 treasure chests; pick the smaller one.
Barret's Limits

How to get Cosmo Memory - Defeat the Lost Number after opening the Shinra Mansion's safe. The safe combination is: RIGHT 36, LEFT 10, RIGHT 59, RIGHT 97. If you pass the numbers or run out of time the safe will not open.
Cid's Limits
Level 1 - Boost Jump, Dynamite
Level 2 - Hyper Jump, Dragon
Level 3 - Dragon Dive, Big Brawl
Level 4 - Highwind
How to get Highwind - It's in a treasure chest in the sunken Gelnika airplane.

How to get Chaos - Go to the waterfall with either the submarine or a gold/black/green chocobo and Lucrecia will be there. Then, come back at the end of Disc 2 or beyond.
Yuffie's Limits

How to get All Creation - Beat all 5 bosses in the Wutai pagoda.
