Alone in the Forest - Part 1

"The castle!!!"A Dunan soldier yelled.
Kinnison,whom was sitting outside of L'renouille castle lifted his head to see the gigantic
castle quaking madly.The ground was shivering under his feet as he tried not to collapse onto the
ground.
"Grrrrr!!!!"His faithfull companion,Shiro growled.
"The castle's collapsing!Run"Voices of several soldiers could be heared.
"You're not going anywhere!We will not abbandon lord Riou!"Orderd Shu,the Dunan stragegist.
"Strange...."He thought."What could be causing this?"
"Hey,Kinn!"Yelled a voice from behind him.
It was Ayda,who apearantly fell to the ground.
"Ayda!Are you okay?"
"Do i LOOK okay?I just felt strait on my ass and i can't get up!"
It didn't take long for the quaking to stop,and for Kinnison to burst out in laughter.
"Stop laughing,damn you!"
"Sorry Ayda.....i just...here,let me help you up."
He walked towards Ayda and held out his hand.
Ayda clearly protested and quickly jumped up on her own.
"Sorry......."mutterd Kinnison.
"Whatever...i wonder what happend in there."
"Probably the effects of the Beast Rune."
"I see...i hope Riou won."
"We're not even sure if they're figthing."
"Does it matter?"
"Kinda....."
"Awrooooo!!"Yelled Shiro.
"Look over there!"
"Its Riou!"
"Did we win?"
"We won!!"
Voices of soldiers filled the air and their happy voices filled the abbondend L'renouille.
"He came back!Yes!"Ayda yelled out in a victorious tone.
"But did he win?"Kinnison asked.
"Off course he did!How else could he be alive?"
"I dunno......."
Ayda sighed and walked over to the crowd that was surounding Riou.
"Damnit!She really hates me now!"Thought Kinnison."Im such a lame-ass......."
"Awroo!"Shiro said,trying to comfort him.
"Sorry pal,but that won't do good."
Everybody yelled out in happyness.
"We won the war!Its finally over!"
While he stood there,with a depresed look on his face.
"Sigh....well,forget about moving over to Forest Village with her.Seems like i'l be rusting
my days with Shiro..."Kinnison thought out loud.
"Awrooo!!!"A now sad Shiro howled.
"No offense buddy.....id just like sombody.....you know,human."
Shiro nodded and lied on the ground,watching the peopel celebrate.
"What's wrong,Kinnison?"
"Huh?"
Before Kinnison now stood the blue haired,ligthing fast Elf,Stallion.
"Don't look so damn depresed,you're taking me down with ya!"
"Im sorry....its just."
"Ayda,eh?"
"What?How'd you know?"
"I saw the whole thing,man you're in trouble."
"Errr rigth."
"You really like her,don't cha?"
"What is it with you,anyways?!"Kinnison yelled out.
"Whoa.......sorry man.I was just trying to help you..."
"Who cares?I don't even know you!."
"Ungh.....i see why Ayda left you allone.Seems like your not meant to socialize with inteligent
beings."
"What?!"Kinnison was not clearly enraged and glaring at Stalion.
"Man....go back to your forest and rot."
Stallion got up and joined the crowd again,leaving Kinnison allone again.
"Am i.......really like that?"
Kinnison was so close to crying rigth about then....
He quickly picked up his bow and other possesions.
"Come on,Shiro.Lets get going."
The white wolf followed him,and so he left to life in the forest again.
