+You'll find the puppies in groups of 3 in treasure chests. Sometimes, you'll need special abilities to reach these puppies.
[1, 2, 3] - Traverse Town - Use the Glide ability to reach the island across from Merlin's House.
[4, 5, 6] - Traverse Town - First District alley's Red Trinity.
[7, 8, 9] - Traverse Town - Moogle's Synthesis shop.
[10, 11, 12] - Traverse Town - Secret Waterway
[13, 14, 15] - Wonderland - High platform in the Queen's Castle, enter there from the Lotus Forest.
[16, 17, 18] - Wonderland - A platform in the Lotus Forest.
[19, 20, 21] - Wonderland - Tea Party Garden (High Jump ability needed).
[22, 23, 24] - Olympus Colosseum - Blue Trinity to the right of the gates.
[25, 26, 27] - Deep Jungle - Hippo Lagoon, far end.
[28, 29, 30] - Deep Jungle - Vines 2.
[31, 32, 33] - Deep Jungle - Blue Trinity in the Climbing Trees.
[34, 35, 36] - Deep Jungle - Blue Trinity in the Camp.
[37, 38, 39] - Agrabah - Aladdin's House.
[40, 41, 42] - Halloween Town - Before entrance to Boogie's Manor.
[43, 44, 45] - Never Land - Clock Tower.
[46, 47, 48] - Agrabah - near Palace Gates, (High Jump ability needed).
[49, 50, 51] - Agrabah - Cave of Wonders, entrance.
[52, 53, 54] - Agrabah - Treasure Room, (Aladdin must be in your party).
[55, 56, 57] - Monstro - Chamber 3.
[58, 59, 60] - Wonderland - High platform in the Queen's Castle, enter from Bizarre Room's pot.
[61, 62, 63] - Hollow Bastion - Grand Hall, (second visit).
[64, 65, 66] - Halloween Town - Graveyard, (after Boogie is defeated and Sora seals the Keyhole).
[67, 68, 69] - Halloween Town - Guillotine Square, pull the bellrope at Jack's front door and it's below the front stairs.
[70, 71, 72] - Halloween Town - Guillotine Square (Glide ability needed).
[73, 74, 75] - Monstro - Mouth, (after the water level drops).
[76, 77, 78] - Monstro - Chamber 3.
[79, 80, 81] - Monstro - Chamber 5.
[82, 83, 84] - Never Land - Ship's Hold (Glide Ability needed).
[85, 86, 87] - Never Land - Yellow Trinity in the Ship's Hold.
[88, 89, 90] - Never Land - Captain's Cabin, (after Shadow Sora battle).
[91, 92, 93] - Hollow Bastion - Rising Falls, bottom.
[94, 95, 96] - Hollow Bastion - Castle Gates, (use gravity on the floating chest).
[97, 98, 99] - Hollow Bastion - High Tower, (use gravity on the floating chest).
