Stars Of Destiny
+One thing that makes the Suikoden series stand out are the characters. There are about 108 to recruit, but not all of them fight. Some set up a shop in your HQ, some give access to minigames, and some are just...there. The following is a list of characters to recruit, arranged by their appearance on the stone tablet.
Tir (Hero)
He's your main character.
Mathiu
Joins when you set up your HQ.
Humprey
Joins after the first war.
Kwanda Rossman
Joins if you choose to let him live.
Gremio
Joins automaticly at the start of the game.
Kun To
After you got the fire spears, talk to him in the big house in Kirov with Tai Ho in your party.
Victor
Joins in the beging at Grengmister.
Lepant
Joins you after you complete the events in Kouan.
Luc
Joins after you beat the zombie dragon and acquire your castle.
Kasim Hazil
Joins after you conquer Monrava.
Warren
Joins after you conquer Monrava.
Cleo
Joins at Grengmister, at the start.
Valeria
Joins for a while during the events at Dwarven village. When you get ambushed by soldier at Kobold village tell her to stop it.
Griffith
After you beat him at war, talk to him.
Flik
Joins a little while after you conquered Panna Yukata.
Kreutz
At the dragon knight's fortress. Have Humprey in your party and talk to him.
Kage
Pay him 20,000 bits at the secret factory.
Kirikis
Joins a little while after you recruited Lepant.
Pahn
Joins at the start of the game.
Anji
Take Yam Ko and Tai Ho to see him at the Pirate's Fortess. You will figth him; he and his pals join if you win the battle. It is possible you need a LV2 castle.
Kanak
Take Yam Ko and Tai Ho to see him at the Pirate's Fortess. You will figth him; he and his pals join if you win the battle. It is possible you need a LV2 castle.
Clive
Once you have more then 100 recruits (LV4 castle) go into Rikon and check the pub. Enter and exit if he's not here; he has a habit of not showing up sometimes.
Camile
Talk to her at the inn at Kaku when you need a boat to get to Toran Castle.
Stallion
Joins after you defeated Kwanda.
Fu Su Lu
After you beat Kwanda go to Kobold Village and pay him 10,000 bits for his meal.
Millich
Decide not to kill him and he joins.
Sonya
After you beat her in Sharazade she'll be on the prison of your HQ. Talk to her and say that you don't mind her feelings.
Tai Ho
When you need a boat to Toran Castle, beat him at Chinchorin and he'll join.
Yam Ko
Joins with Tai Ho.
Leonardo
Take Yam Ko and Tai Ho to see him at the Pirate's Fortess. You will figth him; he and his pals join if you win the battle. It is possible you need a LV2 castle.
Tengaar
Joins after you defeat Neclord.
Sydonia
When you get the castle up and running, he'll join together with Vargas.
Leon
(You must do this before Sherazade, or he will not join). Get more then 100 recruits and go talk to him in Kalleka. He'll tell you to congragulate Mathiu. Go talk to Mathiu and he'll write a letter for him. Go bring it to Leon and he'll join.
Ianov
After you beat Millich talk to him in Scarletia.
Eikie
Talk to him when Tir (hero) is level 40 or up. He's at the part of Teien.
Sancho
After you rescue Victor and Warren go to the Northern checkpoint. He and Max will join.
Alen
Joins after you beat Teo.
Hix
Joins when you go to Necorld's castle.
Vargas
When you get the castle up and running, he'll join together with Sydonia.
Eileen
Joins together with Lepant.
Georges
Beat the record of his card game and he'll join.
Jeane
Joins when you have a LV2 or 3 castle. Talk to her in the rune shop in Antei.
Max
After you rescue Victor and Warren go to the Northern checkpoint. He and Sancho will join.
Grenseal
Joins after you beat Teo.
Tesla
When you need fake papers, talk to him after you went through the scene with Kimberly.
Jabba
Walk west of Rikon and figth Holy Elves until they drop a "Nameless Urn"; (this is tougher then it sounds, and can take a while). Talk to him at the Apraiser shop in Rikon with the Nameless Urn in your inventory and he'll join.
Blackman
Do not step on his plants! He's in Kalleka, talk to him and he'll join.
Morgan
He'll join when you talk to him in Qlon temple.
Esmeralda
Figth Nigthmares and Red slimes until they drop an Opal. Go to Antei and talk to her; she'll join if you have an Opal in you inventory.
Chapman
He runs a shop in Antei. Talk to him and he'll join.
Funkien
Talk to him and he'll join. He's at Qlon temple.
Kasumi
After you beat Millich she'll be at the strategy room in your HQ.
Crowley
After you have more then 100 recruits, talk to him in the caves of Qlon.
Lorelai
Get Tir to LV20 or above and talk to her in Kouan.
Joshua
After you cure the dragons he'll join.
Mose
Joins after you get the fire spears.
Melodeye
Get the sound crystal in Kalleka and give it to him in Kirov.
Liukan
Rescue him from Soniere prison and he'll join as a part of the story.
Maas
Talk to him in Forest Village.
Fuma
In the dragon knigth's fortress he'll be hiding around a corner.
Talk to him and he'll join
Moose
Talk to him with Maas, Meese and Mose in your party. He's at the Warrior's village.
Sergei
Talk to him in Kaku.
Sheena
Take Lepant with you and talk to him at Seika's inn.
Marco
Talk to him in Warrior's village and win 5,000 bits from him.
Hugo
Get the "War Scroll" in the Qlon caves and talk to him in Qlon temple.
Mina
Equip "Toe shoes" on Tir and talk to her in Antei.
Kamandol
When you need to get over the rapids, he'll join together with Gen.
Kasios
Take Millich with you and go to Scarletia. Just talk to her and she'll join.
Meese
Joins when you have already recruited Maas. He's in Dwarven village.
Kimberly
When you need fake papers, take Mathiu's letter to her.
Kessler
Go to the secret factory, he'll join no matter what.
Gen
Talk to him when you need to cross the rapids.
Hellion
Talk to her in Teien. She'll give you the Blinking Mirror which is very usefull.
Milla
Joins when you need to go to Seek Valley and get a cure for the dragons.
Juppo
Talk to him in Lepant's house.
Viki
When walking around in Forest Village, she'll suddenly cross your path.
Rubi
Get Kirikis to LV40 and talk to him in Kobold village.
Meg
Talk to her with Juppo in your party. She'll be at Kaku.
Giovani
Joins with Lepant.
Apple
She'll be in Seika after you defeat Kwanda. Just talk to her.
Lotte
After beating Millich, she'll be in Rikon and she'll ask to find her cat. Go to Kaku and catch the cat, (how did it get THERE anyways?), and take him back to her. If you're having trouble catching it, equip a Holy rune to run faster.
Onil
Talk to her in Seika.
Gon
Take Korumimi in your party and he'll join.
Lester
Go into the house on the left and right of where Sarah is/was and taste both the stews. Then go into Kun To's house and tell him the stews were good.
Vincent
After beating Kasim go to Moravai Prison and talk to him.
Taggart
Talk to him in Moravai after you beat Kasim and he'll join.
Quincy
Go to Garan and talk to him once you have over 80 recruits.
Kai
Talk to him in Garan.
Mace
Take Maas, Mees, Mose and Moose in your party and he'll join. He'll be at his hut in Seek Valley, (where you got the medicine for the dragons).
Koromimi
Joins when you try to get back to the HQ through the Great Forest.
Antonio
Talk to Marrie until she says she needs a cook. Then go to Seika and talk to him.
Kirke
Talk to him in Lorimar.
Rock
Talk to him in Lepant's house.
Sylvina
Joins after you defeat Kwanda.
Gaspar
Go where you found Tai Ho and Yam Ko. He'll join when you win over 5,000 bits from him.
Marrie
Talk to her in Seika once you get the castle up and running.
Sarah
She asks for soap. Talk to the people of the Kirov in this order: upper rigth, center, bottom rigth person in the inn. Then talk to all of them in reverse order and give the soap to Sarah.
Qlon
Talk to him in Antei after you beat Millich.
Krin
Joins at the same time as Lepant does.
Ledon
Go to the secret factory; he'll join no matter what.
Ronnie Bell
Joins when you get the fire spears.
Window
Give him a Window crystal and he'll join you. He's at Warrior's village.
Zen
Give him a red, blue, and yellow seed. To get those seeds buy them in Warrior's village, Rikon and Teien. He can be found at Qlon.
Sansuke
Talk to him at Forest village.
Chandler
Talk to him at the fortress of Kwaba.
